अपने मोबाइल डिवाइस को ब्लॉक करने से पहले आपको पुलिस स्टेशन जाना होगा और F.I.R करना होगा और अपने मोबाइल डिवाइस से संबंधित कुछ जानकारी प्रदान करनी होगी और आपको सिम का डुब्लीकेट प्राप्त करना होगा ।

उसके बाद हमें वेबसाइट पर जाना होगा और निम्नलिखित जानकारी देनी होगी :-

1.Device information:-

• अगर आपका मोबाइल फोन Android है तो आपको सिम कार्ड और दोनों IMEI का नंबर देना होगा।
• मोबाइल डिवाइस का ब्रांड।
• मोबाइल मॉडल का नाम
• यदि आपके पास अपना मोबाइल डिवाइस खरीद चालान (mobile purchase invoice) है।

• यहां आपको खोई हुई जगह और खोई हुई तारीख भी देनी होगी।
• यहां हमें राज्य और जिले के नाम के साथ-साथ पुलिस स्टेशन का नाम भी देना होगा।
• इसके बाद आपको पुलिस शिकायत नंबर और पुलिस शिकायत फाइल अपलोड करनी होगी।

Before blocking your mobile device you have to go to the police station and do F.I.R and provide some information related to your mobile device and you will have to obtain a duplicate of the SIM.

1.Device information:-

• If your mobile phone is Android then you will have to provide the number of both SIM card and IMEI.
• Mobile device brand.
• Name of mobile model
• • If you have your mobile device purchase invoice.

• Here you have to give the lost place and lost date also.
• Here we have to give the name of the state and district as well as the name of the police station.
• After this you have to upload the police complaint number and police complaint file.
